| The Mon Valley West YMCA Swim Team
is comprised of children ages 6 to 18. The team competes against other
YMCA swim teams from around Western Pennsylvania.
Our team is coached by professionals that emphasize
EFFORT, INTEGRITY, and SPORTSMANSHIP. Practices are generally held Monday
Through Friday Nights. Swimmers may attend any number of practices each
week (which allows for other parts of our lives).
