FROM I-79

• Take Houston Exit #43 (This is the exit just north of the Race Track Road Exit, and Just South of the Canonsburg Exit)
• Turn Left on PA 519 North toward Houston
• Go approximately 1/2 Mile on PA 519 to West Boone Avenue
  • You will see a blue "H" hospital Sign at Boone Avenue
• Turn Right on West Boone Avenue
• Follow Boone about 3/4 Mile to the High School on the Left
